- Having male friends or talking with men
- Wearing bathing suit in front of other men or in public beaches
- Smiling to other men, even if it's a form of thanking in the supermarket
- Making eye contact or looking back to other men. It's considered flirting
- Wearing cleavage, short skirts/shorts or tight clothing in public
- Talking and laughing loud in the street
- Going somewhere without telling him
- To sit in the front seat of a taxi
- Going outside with wet hair – this implies that she had sex recently. Muslims have to shower after sex, to be able to pray
- Dancing in a club
- Smoking in public
- Kissing and hugging him in public
- Taking care of official paperwork. He will do that for her
- Receiving a man in home alone - like a plumber
- Receiving the change in hand, in a store. The seller might touch her hand on purpose
- Keep the children in case of divorce and wanting to take them with her when leaving the country
- Question his religion
- Contradicting him in front of people
- Complaining about his family
- Let her career interfere with her duties of wife
- If he is from a village or tribe, very probably would want his wife to wear a scarf covering the hair and neck (hijab) and a long loose dress with long sleeves (abaya).
